The Purchase Contract includes:
Contracts are concluded in English. We are not obliged to provide services not confirmed via the Confirmation email.
If your service cannot be delivered (e.g., due to incorrect email), we will attempt re-delivery. Contact us via [email protected] or the chat widget to resolve any issues.
Prices are listed in USD, excluding VAT. Currency conversion differences may apply.
Accepted payment methods:
Transaction fees are borne by the User.
Payment security is ensured via encrypted SSL protocols. We do not store card data.
Invoices are sent electronically. Printed copies are available on request for a postal fee.
Users must report missing invoices promptly.
If you exceed your plan’s storage or bandwidth, we may bill you for the additional usage based on our pricing schedule.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a WordPress theme within 7 days.
Services are considered conforming if:
Users may request corrections, a price reduction, or contract termination if services do not conform (unless the issue is minor).
Complaints must be submitted within 8 days of service delivery or within 2 years for conformity issues.
To file a complaint:
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and respond within 8 days with a resolution.
Incomplete, unclear, or unjustified complaints will be rejected.
Confidential information shared during the contract must be protected by both parties. This obligation continues after the contract ends.
